Indoor Cycling

 Wed. / Fri.                     5:00 – 5:30 AM

 Tues. / Thurs.                5:15 – 6:00 AM 

 Tues. / Thurs.                6:30-7:00 PM

This class simulates outdoor cycling on a specially designed stationary bike. You control your intensity using resistance. It is an effective way to burn fat, build energy, and reduce stress.


SilverSneakers Classic

Tues. & Thurs. 9:00–10:00AM

This is a chair based class that encourages older adults to get up and move. This is a high energy, but low impact class designed to get you motivated!

This program uses a variety of equipment, including weights, ball and band to increase strength, balance and stability. 

 


Tai Chi
Alice Miller, Instructor

Mon. / Wed. 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM

Tai Chi involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing. It is a noncompetitive, self-paced system of gentle physical exercise and stretching. Each posture flows into the next without pause, ensuring that your body is in constant motion.


Body Sculpt 4:30 – 5:15 PM

Cyndi Chancey Instructor

Body Conditioning using a variety of resistance equipment including dumbells, bands and body weight.  Strong focus on core.

 

Zumba

Monday/Wednesday  5:30 PM-6:30 PM / Friday 9:00 AM

A dynamic and exciting, easy to follow dance based fitness system designed for everyone. This workout fuses Latin rhythms with international music themes and combines the principles of interval and resistance training to maximize caloric output.

Strong by Zumba combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio,and plyometric training synced to original music specifically designed to match every single move.  Boxing , Kickboxing and various high intensity interval training.  (not a dance workout)
