GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

Class information below is for Session 6, which runs from 09/11/23-10/28/23.

Session 6 is open for registration to members starting 08/28/23 and 09/04/23 for nonmembers.

From yoga and cycling to Zumba and pound, we offer a robust line up of fitness classes. Register online or at the front desk.

Classes are free to members.

$10/class drop-in cost to nonmembers to give a class a try or you can pay the full session rate for the remaining period of the class.

Indoor Cycling

This class simulates outdoor cycling on a specially designed stationary bike. You control the intensity using resistance. It is an effective way to burn fat, build energy, and reduce stress.

Silver Sneakers Chair Yoga

Move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of seated and standing postures designed to increase flexibility, balance, and range of movement.

Tai Chi

Tai Chi involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and is accompanied by deep breathing. It is a noncompetitive, self-paced system of gentle physical exercise and stretching. Each posture flows into the nest without a pause, ensuring that your body is in constant motion.

Silver Sneakers Classic

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises to increase strength, range of motion, and daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing, and balls are offered for resistance, along with a chair for standing and seated support.

Body Sculpt

Body conditioning using a variety of resistance equipment including dumbbells, bands, and body weight. Strong focus on the core.

Pound Fitness

Get your high-intensity cardio and strength training all in one workout. POUND is designed for all fitness levels and provides an exhilarating atmosphere to let loose, tone up, and rock out! Channel your inner rock star with this full body cardio jam-session inspired by the infectious, energizing, and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums!

Circuit Strength

Full-body training combining cardio, resistance, and strength training with short rest intervals. Dumbbells and weight bars will be utilized for this class. We will target different muscle groups for a quick, yet highly effective, full-body workout. Burn fat and build muscle with circuits that are modifiable for all levels of participation.

Bootcamp in the Park

Challenge yourself with a circuit style work out and get your daily dose of fresh air and sunshine. All levels of participation welcome. The instructor will reach out to you and let you know where to meet upon sign up.

Cycle Strength

A combo class! 30 min. of spin followed by a 20 min. session off of the bike dedicated to lifting & core strengthening movements incorporating body weight & dumbbells. Participants control their own level of intensity on this musical ride & strength session led by a certified instructor. If this is your first time please arrive 15 min. before class so we can get you & your bike properly set up. Please bring a yoga mat.

Cycle 30
30 min. spin, includes warm up & cool down! All levels of participation welcome! Your ride. Period. Your space, your 30 minutes to disconnect from the outside world! On your musical ride you’ll be guided by a certified cycling instructor. Everyone’s free to go as hard, or as easy as they want inside the space!

Strong 30 (HIIT)

Strong by Zumba combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio, and plyometric training synced to original music specifically designed to match every single move. Boxing, kickboxing, and various high intensity interval training.
