This class simulates outdoor cycling on a specially designed stationary bike. You control your intensity using resistance. It is an effective way to burn fat, build energy, and reduce stress.

Join us in the weight room for a workshop explaining the weight room equipment and benefits.  We will meet in the Group Fitness Studio and warm up together before heading to the fitness area where you will learn valuable tips to increase your strength and endurance with our TechnoGym equipment.

Tai Chi involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing. It is a noncompetitive, self-paced system of gentle physical exercise and stretching. Each posture flows into the next without pause, ensuring that your body is in constant motion.

Strong by Zumba combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training synced to original music specifically designed to match every single move. Boxing, kickboxing and various high intensity interval training. (not a dance workout)

A dynamic and exciting, easy to follow dance based fitness system designed for everyone. This workout fuses Latin rhythms with international music themes and combines the principles of interval and resistance training to maximize caloric output.
