There is $10 drop-in day pass available to nonmembers to give a class a try. This pass also gives you access to the rest of the Y for the day.
Full session (7-week) group fitness rates are available to nonmembers if you desire to try an entire class while postponing becoming a member.
You can sign up for a full session class at the front desk or you can sign up online and use the nonmember option when prompted to choose your membership type.

A full hour workout beginning with 20 minutes of aerobic conditioning, 20 minute circuit strength and 20 minutes core conditioning. Suitable for all levels of participation.

Full body toning using hand weights as well as body weights. This class will rotate through 15 different circuit stations to give you a great workout.

Move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of seated and standing postures designed to increase flexibility, balance, and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.

Full-body strength training with short rest intervals for those who want to see a change in muscle tone & definition. Dumbbells & weight bars will be utilized for this class. We’ll target different muscle groups for a quick yet highly effective full-body workout. Burn fat & build muscle with circuits designed for beginner & advanced.

Fun yet powerful beats and rhythms of the drums, using the stability ball that will get your feet stomping and your body moving. Simple movements on, with, & around the ball that intentionally raise and lower your heart rate for optimal calorie burn and cardiovascular benefit.

Come enjoy being a part of a program that brings together home school students throughout the area. Participants in homeschool STEAM will develop their hands on skills and have fun with their peers! From exciting science experiments to creating imaginative art projects, your homeschooler will have a blast.

A low-intensity muscle-strengthening workout that focuses on building strong core muscles and improving flexibility. It helps improve posture as well as our ability to perform everyday tasks through body symmetry.

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises to increase strength, range of motion, and daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing, and balls are offered for resistance, along with a chair for standing and seated support.

Tai Chi involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and is accompanied by deep breathing. It is a noncompetitive, self-paced system of gentle physical exercise and stretching. Each posture flows into the nest without a pause, ensuring that your body is in constant motion.
