Try the Y: Use our $10 drop-in day pass for nonmembers to give a class a try. This pass also gives you access to the facility for the day.
Nonmember Rates: Full session (7-week) group fitness rates are available to nonmembers if you desire to enjoy a class while postponing membership. Rates will vary.
Sign up for a class at the front desk or sign up online and use the nonmember option when choosing your membership type. Group fitness sessions are not prorated.

A full hour workout beginning with 20 minutes of aerobic conditioning, 20 minute circuit strength and 20 minutes core conditioning. Suitable for all levels of participation.

A combo class! Combining cardio and strength training! First we’ll begin with approx. 30 minutes of cardio drumming to intentionally raise and lower your heart rate for optimal calorie burn and cardiovascular benefit. Followed by 30 minutes of Circuit Strength! We’ll be utilizing dumbbells as well as our own body weight for an amazing strength sesh designed to target our core and all of the muscle groups. This class is designed for all levels of participation!

Full body toning using hand weights as well as body weights. This class will rotate through 15 different circuit stations to give you a great workout.

Move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of seated and standing postures designed to increase flexibility, balance, and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.

Full-body strength training with short rest intervals for those who want to see a change in muscle tone & definition. Dumbbells & weight bars will be utilized for this class. We’ll target different muscle groups for a quick yet highly effective full-body workout. Burn fat & build muscle with circuits designed for beginner & advanced.

30 minute spin, includes warm up & cool down! All levels of participation welcome! Your ride. Period. Your space, your 30 minutes to disconnect from the outside world! On your musical ride everyone is free to go as hard, or as easy as they want inside the space! Perfect for beginners or experienced riders!w

Non-impact interval training where you control the intensity. It is an effective way to burn fat, build energy, and reduce stress.

A low-intensity muscle-strengthening workout that focuses on building strong core muscles and improving flexibility. It helps improve posture as well as our ability to perform everyday tasks through body symmetry.

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises to increase strength, range of motion, and daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing, and balls are offered for resistance, along with a chair for standing and seated support.

Tai Chi involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and is accompanied by deep breathing. It is a noncompetitive, self-paced system of gentle physical exercise and stretching. Each posture flows into the nest without a pause, ensuring that your body is in constant motion.
