Stop by the front desk to try the YMCA!

There is $10 drop-in day pass available to nonmembers to give a class a try – this pass also gives you access to the rest of the Y for the day.

Full session group fitness rates are available to nonmembers as well if you want to try a class while postponing becoming a member.

You can sign up for a full session class at the front desk or you can sign up online and use the nonmember option when registering.

A full hour workout beginning with 20 minutes of aerobic conditioning, 20 minute circuit strength and 20 minutes core conditioning. Suitable for all levels of participation.

Bootcamp in the Park

Challenge yourself with a circuit style work out and get your daily dose of fresh air and sunshine. All levels of participation welcome. Meet at the front desk!

Chair Yoga

Move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of seated and standing postures designed to increase flexibility, balance, and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.

Indoor Cycling

Non-impact interval training where you control the intensity. It is an effective way to burn fat, build energy, and reduce stress.

Movin' Groovin" Dancin' (Ags 3-6)

Come check out our newest dance class! Through developmentally appropriate programming, children as young as three years old can experience the joy of creative movement! This class’ focus is more on movement rather than strictly dance. Learning dance expands a child’s creative skills and increases their self-esteem through self-expression!

Strong 30 (HIIT)

Strong by Zumba combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio, and plyometric training synced to original music specifically designed to match every single move. Boxing, kickboxing, and various high intensity interval training.

Silver Sneakers Classic

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises to increase strength, range of motion, and daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing, and balls are offered for resistance, along with a chair for standing and seated support.

Tai Chi

Tai Chi involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and is accompanied by deep breathing. It is a noncompetitive, self-paced system of gentle physical exercise and stretching. Each posture flows into the nest without a pause, ensuring that your body is in constant motion.

Yoga & Toning

Strengthening, and adding flexibility to help improve movement and everyday performance combined with body toning and core workout with light or moderate weights to create your own intensity.
