Silver Splash! – Helen Fisher

Mon., Wed., & Fri. 9-9:45a.m.
This is a great water aerobics class that encourages older adults to get up and move. It uses kickboards as resistance and is high energy, but low impact designed to get you moving!

Deep Water AM – Helen Fisher

Mon., Wed., & Fri. 10-10:45 a.m.
Belt up and take a no-impact way to exercise. Join us for this progressively challenging, upbeat cardio resistance workout.

Arthritis Aerobics – Helen Fisher

Mon., Wed., & Fri. 11-11:45 a.m.
Shallow water class designed to keep those with arthritis active and mobile. There is little or no stress on the joints and the water temperature is just right!

Water Cardio – Deb Mack

Tues & Thurs. 6:30-7:30 p.m.
A high energy, shallow water class that combines cardio with resistance training for a great overall and low impact workout!

Swimming Lessons

Preschool Lessons
(Age 3-5)

Stage 1 – Water Acclimation

Increases comfort with underwater exploration and introduces basic self-rescue skills performed with assistance.

Stage 2 – Water Movement

Encourages forward
movement in water and basic self-rescue skills performed independently.

Parent/Child Swim Lessons

Ages 6 months to 2 years 11 months. This class is for children with little or no water experience. The class includes safety entering the water, water adjustment and educational playtime. Parent participation required. Not available at this time.

School Age Lessons
(Age 6-9)

Stage 3 – Water Stamina

Develops intermediate self-rescue skills performed at longer distances than in previous stages.

Stage 4 – Stroke Introduction

Introduces basic stroke technique in front crawl and back crawl and reinforces water safety through treading water and elementary backstroke.

Stage 5 – Stroke Development

Works on stroke technique and teaches all major competitive strokes. The emphasis on water safety continues through treading water and side stroke.

Stage 6 – Stroke Mechanics

Refines stroke technique. Discover how to incorporate swimming into a healthy lifestyle.

Specialty Aquatics Classes


We are offer a 2-week conditioning class to get back in shape and work on technique before official practice starts. Check back for details.

Lifeguard certifications are American Red Cross: Lifeguarding, CPR/AED, & First Aid


For young swimmers looking to gain swimming strength, endurance and confidence in their swimming ability. It’s also great for kids who want to compete on a swim team.

Before entering the program, swimmers must be able to swim the width of the pool, above water using a basic stroke (freestyle/front crawl). During the course of the program, swimmers will be introduced to and improve upon kicking, breathing technique and all four stroke techniques.

The class is designed to build upon skills learned in the previous weeks, so attendance each week is required and necessary for achieving their goals.
